Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1-5 business days after payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times can vary:

  • Standard/Economy Shipping: 5-10 business days

Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, customs processing, or inclement weather.

3. Shipping Destinations:
We currently ship to addresses within Puerto Rico and the United States. 

4. Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly or file a claim with them.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:
All sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at palmeradistributors@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

7. Address Accuracy:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
